Usual Named GP

When a patient registers with Lawn Medical Centre they will be allocated a named 'Usual GP'. The named 'Usual GP' performs an administration role on behalf of the patient and may not be the GP the patient chooses to see when they make an appointment.

All existing patients have already been allocated a named GP but they do not need to see only this GP.

If a patient would like to know who their named 'Usual GP' is they should ask a member of the reception team.
